Returns Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an order due to any quality issues or personal reasons, please contact us at support@liorcepets.com within 30 business days of receiving the goods.
If your product has any manufacturing defects or is damaged during shipping, we offer a 30-day warranty. We will replace the affected item free of charge. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a warranty claim.
