Warranty and Claims:

At LIorce, our absolute goal is to provide the Best & Favorite for our customers and their pets. Therefore, all products undergo rigorous field testing, and we proudly guarantee that there are no defects in materials and workmanship. However, if your LIorce product experiences any issues during shipment or use, we are committed to resolving them for you, and you can contact us at any time via email.

At LIorce, we offer a 30-day manufacturer warranty commitment. If the product you received has any defects in manufacturing or is damaged due to mishandling during shipping, we will replace the affected item free of charge.Please note that damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty. All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order.

For Requests for Additional Quantity of Installation Hardware Accessories

LIorce commit to providing a 30-day accessories support service for your installation products. Within 30 days of your product purchase, customers can apply for additional installation hardware accessories service under the following conditions, and we will provide a one-time free hardware accessories package (customers need to pay for shipping) based on the customer’s order number:

  1. Accessories are dropped to a place where they are difficult to retrieve during installation.
  2. Damage to accessories during installation/reinstallation.
  3. Additional new accessories needed for reinstallation due to long-distance movement (e.g., moving homes).
  4. Other factors.

Note: An order number (not the product order number) can only apply once.
