Shipping policy

Orders Shipped within the United States (including non-continental states and territories):

1. For Standard Product Orders (excluding cat replacement pads & mats, accessories):

Our standard orders over $59 are eligible for free shipping. All orders are shipped via Amazon MFC Multi-Channel Fulfillment service and cover the entire United States.

When your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email (distinct from the order confirmation email), which will include the order tracking number and detailed instructions on how to track your order.

Orders are shipped randomly from Amazon warehouses across the U.S., so the standard delivery time is generally 3-5 business days. Delivery times to non-continental states and territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico) may be extended accordingly.

(Note: We offers two delivery speed services through Amazon MFC Multi-Channel Fulfillment: standard delivery and expedited delivery. Standard delivery takes an average of 3-5 business days, while expedited delivery takes an average of 1-2 business days. Customers can choose the appropriate delivery service on the order page.)

Please note that these shipping times are conservative estimates and may vary. Additionally, LIorce is not responsible for delays related to the carrier. Also, during the end of the year and some major holidays, carrier backlogs may increase shipping times by 7-20 business days. Therefore, it is recommended to order early to ensure timely receipt of your product.

2. For Non-Standard Product Orders (cat replacement pads & mats, accessories):

Currently, non-standard products require a flat shipping fee of $6 if the order is below $59. (This may change, and we will notify customers accordingly.)

Since non-standard orders are custom-made products upon receipt of the order, some production time is required. The production time is 1-5 business days. Once completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the order tracking number and detailed instructions on how to track your order.

Shipping time for non-standard products delivery takes an average of 3~12 business days.

We apologize for the longer wait time for custom products, but please be patient. We guarantee that you will receive a unique item.

International Orders:

We support and encourage international buyers to purchase our products! We have a comprehensive system to serve international buyers.

The only difference between international orders and domestic orders is that we cannot control the shipping time or any additional import taxes, duties, or fees that may be imposed by the destination country. We will send the order goods as quickly as possible, but considering the various checkpoints experienced during the long process, we cannot predict the approximate shipping time, for which we apologize. Additionally, any additional import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the destination country are separate from shipping costs and will vary depending on the country's regulations. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
